A £100 minimum deposit is required when booking a society. Times will no longer be booked on a provisional basis with a deposit payable later.
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the day of play and the final balance is payable at this time. Any reduction in numbers after the point of confirmation will not be refunded.
If the final balance remains unpaid within 7 days of the day of play, Rother Valley Golf Centre reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the tee times to general sale. If this is the case, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
